14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind LinkedHype. If you subscribe and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

What LinkedHype Provides

LinkedHype is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Upon subscribing, you immediately gain access to:

  • AI-powered Career DNA generation from your CV
  • Job discovery matched to your profile (monthly search quota)
  • Personalized outreach message generation (monthly message quota)
  • Application status tracking

Because the Service is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon use, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of digital services.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment
  • It is your first subscription to the plan in question (not a re-subscription or upgrade)

There is no requirement to explain your reason for requesting a refund within the 14-day period, though feedback is always welcome.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial payment date
  • Subsequent monthly renewal payments
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades (only the original subscription period is eligible)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

Please include your registered email address and the approximate date of your subscription. Optionally, you may include the reason for your refund — this helps us improve the product.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed via Paddle and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account. After cancellation:

  • Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for LinkedHype. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. Refunds are initiated by us through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly.
